🧨 Early Music Hustle (1986–2010)
  • Musician & Band Manager. Booked shows, promoted albums, sold merch, and lived the dream of being a rockstar.
  • ASU Jazz Guitar + Business Degree. At Arizona State University, I started with jazz performance and finished with an interdisciplinary business degree. It was where street smarts met the boardroom.

🌐 Disrupting the Music Industry (1997–2010)
  • Noize Pollution / Nielsen SoundScan Street Teams. I activated fans in Top 20 U.S. markets with CDs, flyers, and merch for major label artists.
  • Live365 – Director of Artist & Label Relations. I connected major music biz players to indie radio stations and built the first true digital music relationship pipeline.
  • GarageBand.com – Head of Artist Promotions. I created and led the groundbreaking contest to sign an unsigned band to a major label, driving early user-generated music.
  • iLike – Music Meets Social. I helped invent the "thumbs up" button, music feed, and social music discovery, teaching artists and labels to leverage social media before it was cool.
  • OMG Pop, Overlay TV, Zoos Mobile, Dympol. I worked on the bleeding edge of music, video, gaming, and commerce, exploring interactive video, gesture-based creation, and charitable e-commerce integrations.

🧱 Pivot to Window Fashion Sales and Marketing (2010–2025)
  • Storch International Inc – Managing Director. I took the helm to modernize a family import/export business, rebranding it as a factory sales agency and international rep group. I represented top textile mills and shading system manufacturers globally.
  • Vako US LLC – National Sales Director. I brought advanced curtain, Roman, and roller shade systems from the Netherlands to the U.S. market, leading the North American sales effort.
